This Return Policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for returning products purchased from us. Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return.

  1. Eligibility for Returns:
    • Our return policy is applicable for all products, including T-shirts, hoodies, home decor goods, engraved products like kitchen utensils,cutting boards, glasses, mugs, plates,etc., digital downloads for crafts or commercial use, greeting cards, artworks, and handmade products.
    • Returns must be requested within 10 days from the date of delivery.
    • To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:
      • Defective or Damaged Items: If the item is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will gladly accept a return or offer a replacement.
      • Custom-Made Products: Due to the personalized nature of our custom-made products, we do not accept returns unless they are damaged upon arrival. Please carefully review your order details before finalizing the purchase.
    • The product must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
    • Certain products such as Digital Downloadable are exempt from being returned.
    • Our products are unique and produced only once is ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.
  2. Timeframe for Returns:
    • You have 10 days after delivery of the purchase to initiate a return.
    • After 10 days after delivery, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns.
  3. Return Process:
    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at byusboutique.sm@gmail.com. Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details.
    • Our team will review your request and provide you with further instructions, including the return address and any additional documentation required.
  4. Return Shipping:
    • Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that the returned product reaches us safely.
    • The original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  5. Refunds:
    • Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund.
    • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase.
    • Please allow 4-10 days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
    • Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your financial institution.
  6. Custom Products:
    • Some of our items, such as custom-made products, are non-returnable unless they are damaged upon arrival. We encourage customers to carefully review their order details before finalizing the purchase.
    • If a custom-made item is damaged upon arrival, please notify us within 10 days of delivery to initiate a return or claim.
  7. Exchanges:
    • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
  8. Damaged or Defective Products:
    • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 10 days after receiving the item.
    • We may require you to provide photographs or other evidence of the damage or defect.
    • We will arrange for a replacement or refund for damaged or defective products, including any associated shipping costs.
  9. Final Sale Items:
    • Some products may be marked as final sale and are non-returnable.
    • These items are clearly identified on the product page or during the checkout process.
  10. Changes to the Return Policy:
    • BYUS Boutique reserves the right to modify or update this return policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our website.
