We accept order cancellations only before the design proof has been approved. Once you approve the design, the order moves into production and cannot be canceled.

• Personalization Approval & Customer Responsibility:
- After placing your order, we will create a custom design based on your request and send you a digital proof for approval within our business hours.
- We will wait up to 3-12 hours for your confirmation. If we do not receive a response, we will assume the design is approved and proceed with engraving.
- Please review your design carefully before approving it. If an error is present in the approved proof and engraving has started, we cannot offer refunds or replacements, as this is not considered a seller error. If you wish to have a corrected version made, it will require a new purchase at full price.

• Returns & Refunds:
