After your order is placed, we will create a custom design based on your personalization details and send you a digital proof for approval during our regular business hours.
We allow up to 3–8 hours for proof confirmation. If we do not receive a response within that time frame, we will consider the design approved and proceed with engraving.
Please review your proof carefully. Once a design is approved and engraving has begun, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for errors present in the approved proof, as this is not considered a seller error.
If you would like a corrected version after engraving has started, it will require a new purchase at full price.
