We take great care to ensure every item is packaged securely to prevent damage during shipping. You may cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet been personalized or prepared for shipment. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.

Once your package has been shipped, it is in the care of the shipping carrier, and cancellations are no longer possible. Any issues related to delivery delays or loss must be resolved with the courier.

However, if your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can file a claim on your behalf.

All of our shipments are insured to protect against loss or damage while in transit.

Depending on the situation, we can recreate your gift or issue a refund.

For items damaged in transit:

• Retain all original packaging for courier inspection
• Take clear photos of the package before and after opening.
• Take pictures of the damaged product.
