We take great care to ensure every item is packaged securely to prevent damage during shipping.
Once your package is personalized and has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. Any issues related to delivery delays or loss must be resolved with the courier.
However, if your package is lost or arrives damaged, please get in touch with us immediately.
Depending on the situation, we can recreate your gift or issue a refund.

- Retain all original packaging for courier inspection
- Take clear photos of the package before and after opening.
- Take pictures of the damaged product.
