  2. Choose Optional Add-On – Decide if you’d like to include a Coaster Set: No Coasters,  Add Coaster Set (Round), or Add Coaster Set (Square)
  3. Add Your Personal Details – Enter the names, initials, date, and/or message you’d like engraved. (Inside lid message optional.)
  4. Customize the Box Details – Select your preferred wood finish, engraving fill color, and satin or velvet lining.
  5. Select a Greeting Card – Choose from our 5 elegant card designs and add your personalized message.
  6. Review & Place Order – Double-check all personalization details before submitting your order.
  7. Approve Your Proof – A digital proof will be sent for your approval before engraving begins.

  • Custom Engraving – Personalize your flutes, slate coasters, and wooden gift box with names, initials, dates, or a special message.
  • Greeting Card Included – Select from our elegant 6x4 card designs and add your heartfelt note.
  • Luxury Keepsake Box – Engraved on the lid with your chosen design, with the option to add a special engraved message inside the lid. Finished with velvet or satin lining in the color of your choice.
  • Flexible Design Placement – You can use the same engraving design across all items or mix and match for a personalized composition. Please write any changes or specific design placement requests in the “Note to Seller” field when placing your order.
  • Permanent Engraving - Laser engraving ensures your designs will never fade or peel.
  • Proof Approval – A digital proof is sent for your review and approval before engraving begins.
Personalization Approval & Customer Responsibility
  • After your order is placed, we will create a custom design based on your personalization details and send you a digital proof for approval during our regular business hours.
  • We allow up to 3–8 hours for proof confirmation. If we do not receive a response within that time frame, we will consider the design approved and proceed with engraving.
  • Please review your proof carefully. Once a design is approved and engraving has begun, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for errors present in the approved proof, as this is not considered a seller error.
  • If you would like a corrected version after engraving has started, it will require a new purchase at full price.
Shipping

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Normally, it takes 3 Business days to complete your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Return policy

All of our products are handcrafted and personalized, which means all sales are final.

We take great care to ensure every item is packaged securely to prevent damage during shipping. You may cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet been personalized or prepared for shipment. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.

Once your package has been shipped, it is in the care of the shipping carrier, and cancellations are no longer possible. Any issues related to delivery delays or loss must be resolved with the courier.

However, if your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can file a claim on your behalf.

All of our shipments are insured to protect against loss or damage while in transit.

Depending on the situation, we can recreate your gift or issue a refund.

If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please contact us—we’ll do our best to make it right.

For items damaged in transit:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Retain all original packaging for courier inspection
  • Take clear photos of the package before and after opening.
  • Take pictures of the damaged product.
  • Send all the photos to our email for review
