HOW TO PERSONALIZE MY ORDER?

Follow these simple steps to create your custom engraving:

Step 1 – Select Your Options

Choose your preferred wood stain finish, box set option, and engraving style before starting your design.

Step 2 – Customize Your Box Set

Click “Customize Box Set” to begin designing your engraving for the wooden box and champagne glasses.

Once your design is complete, click “Add to Cart” inside the customizer.

The customizer will close automatically and return you to this page.

Step 3 – Customize Add-ons (Optional)

If your selected set includes add-ons, you can create a separate design for them by clicking “Customize Add-ons (Optional)”.

If you do not create a separate add-on design, they will automatically use the same engraving as your Box Set.

Step 4 – Submit Your Add-ons Design

After completing your design(s), your customization will be linked to your order automatically when placing the order.

For add-ons, please use the same email address as your order to ensure your designs are correctly matched.

Important Information

• Your order will only move to production after your design has been submitted

• If no add-on design is created, the Box Set design will be used by default

• The bottle opener is currently out of stock and not available

Shipping Information

We ship all orders using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS.

Once your order has been completed and handed off to the carrier, delivery times are fully managed by the shipping provider. While we purchase labels based on the carrier’s estimated delivery timeframe, these estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to delays, weather conditions, or carrier-related issues.

We kindly recommend placing your order in advance, especially for time-sensitive occasions.

If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm production time and shipping options.

Returns, Cancellations & Damaged Items

All of our products are handcrafted and personalized, therefore all sales are final.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if production has not started.

Approved cancellations are subject to a 15% administrative fee, which covers payment processing, platform fees, and order handling costs.

Once production or engraving has begun, the order cannot be canceled.

Once your order has been shipped, it is in the care of the shipping carrier and cannot be canceled. Delivery times and any delays are managed by the carrier.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can assist you.

To process your request, we require:

  • Clear photos of the package before opening
  • Clear photos of the package after opening
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging materials

Please retain all original packaging until your case has been reviewed.

Once we receive your information, we will evaluate the situation and work with you on an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement.
