HOW TO PERSONALIZE YOUR CREST:

In the personalization box, please include:

  • Family Name or Initials
  • Country or Region of Origin (optional)
  • Symbols You Want Included (lion, tree, eagle, flower, mountain, anchor, etc.)
  • Motto (in Latin or English) – or request a suggestion
  • Top of Crest Element (crown, wings, plant, etc.)
  • Preferred Style: (Classic / Baroque / Minimalist / Vintage)
  • Preferred Font Style: (See Image Samples)


OUR DESIGN PROCESS:

  1. Share Your Vision – Send us your personalization details using the guidelines above.
  2. We Create Your Crest – Our designer will create 2–3 unique coat of arms variations tailored to your request.
  3. You Choose the Final Design – We’ll send you the proofs, and you select your favorite version for engraving.
  4. Engraving Begins – Once approved, we engrave your chosen crest with precision on your whiskey set gift box


Please Note:

  • Designs are for engraving use only. We do not send or sell digital artwork files.
  • Crests are artistic and symbolic, not official heraldic records.

 
Personalization Approval & Customer Responsibility
  • After your order is placed, we will create a custom design based on your personalization details and send you a digital proof for approval during our regular business hours.
  • We allow up to 3–8 hours for proof confirmation. If we do not receive a response within that time frame, we will consider the design approved and proceed with engraving.
  • Please review your proof carefully. Once a design is approved and engraving has begun, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for errors present in the approved proof, as this is not considered a seller error.
  • If you would like a corrected version after engraving has started, it will require a new purchase at full price.
Shipping

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Return policy

All of our products are handcrafted and personalized, which means all sales are final.

We take great care to ensure every item is packaged securely to prevent damage during shipping. You may cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet been personalized or prepared for shipment. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.

Once your package has been shipped, it is in the care of the shipping carrier, and cancellations are no longer possible. Any issues related to delivery delays or loss must be resolved with the courier.

However, if your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can file a claim on your behalf.

All of our shipments are insured to protect against loss or damage while in transit.

Depending on the situation, we can recreate your gift or issue a refund.

If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please contact us—we’ll do our best to make it right.

For items damaged in transit:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Retain all original packaging for courier inspection
  • Take clear photos of the package before and after opening.
  • Take pictures of the damaged product.
  • Send all the photos to our email for review
